The weekend course
Two days to get the clarity and the plan you need.
Step out of the daily grind long enough to design how the business will run without you.
What you will learn
A method for running the business without being the bottleneck.
Over two days you find where the business depends on you and why, define what you want from the business and who you serve best, and build the decision rules and schedule that move work off your desk.
You leave knowing which bottleneck to fix first, which role the business needs from you, what to hand to a named owner, and what you will stop doing.
In the room
What happens during the weekend.
- Match your week to the seven bottlenecks and name the cause that drives yours
- Turn one bottleneck into a system: what stops going through you, what rule replaces you, who owns it now
- Count how many of the six owner roles you are still filling, and choose the one the business needs
- Write your Resignation Letter and transfer ownership in writing
- Write your Personal North Star and name your Dream Client from your own client numbers
- Check what your clients say they value against what you believe you deliver
- Run the Decision Flywheel on a recurring problem and write three Operating Principles
- Choose your Lead Domino and sign a 90-day schedule

Frequently asked questions
Is this course right for me?
It is for owners of small and medium businesses in any industry who are still the person everything depends on: approvals wait for you, you redo finished work, your team escalates decisions that were theirs, or a key client will only deal with you. If you do not own or lead a business, it will not fit.
What if my business is very small or just starting?
You can still attend. The course is built around where you are: whether you do all the work yourself or already have a team, you map your own bottlenecks and role. If you have no clients yet, the client exercises will have less to work with. Tell us your situation when you register.
I already run a successful business. Will I get value?
Success often hides the problem. A profitable business can still stop when you are away. The course shows which bottlenecks remain, and which of the six owner roles you are still filling beyond the one the business needs.
What do I need to bring?
Your active client list with revenue for a recent period, ideally with the time and costs spent on each client. Also bring one recurring problem you have handled more than once without fixing it, and a rough picture of who does what in your team. Bring a pen or laptop.
Do I have to attend both days?
Yes. The modules build on each other: your Resignation Letter and role from Module 1 feed Module 2, and Module 3's 90-day schedule uses what you write in Modules 1 and 2. [Add any minimum attendance HRDA requires for the subsidy.]
Can I bring a business partner or manager?
If you co-own decisions, attending together helps, because you decide who owns what. Ask us before you register, so we can confirm a place and whether HRDA funding covers more than one attendee.
What language is the course taught in?
The workbooks are available in English and Greek. [State the language of delivery for this course.]
Has this course run before?
No. This is the first run of the course. The material for all three modules is complete, and the workbooks are written and formatted in English and Greek.
What if I cannot attend after registering?
See the refund and cancellation policy.
